| Elk Mountain |
The best place that I have been for long trails in Pa. |
|
| Killington |
In my mind this is the best place to ski in the east by far. |
!!!!! |
| Camelback |
Camelback is better then either of the big two. Unfortunately it can get very crowded. |
|
| Stratton |
It is Vermont! |
|
| Mount Sainte-Anne |
The ski area is real good EXCEPT Watch out in line the natives love to run over your skies and PASS you in line. !! |
|
| Gore Mt |
At last look Gore has the only gondola in New York. Since Gore is in the snow belt there is usual plenty of snow. |
|
| Jack Frost |
Newer then Big Boulder and more crowded. The trails could be more challenging! |
|
| Big Boulder |
Less crowded than Jack Frost. |
|
| Hunter Mountain |
Area covers all ski abilities. |
|
| Spring Mountain |
Same as Doe but less snow. |
|
| Stowe |
Dress REAL WARM the ride to the top is a cold one to say the least. especially on Spruce Peak but the powder snow is worth the trip. |
|
| Mount Snow |
The first time I went to Mount snow it had all sorts of bells and whistles like covered chair lift, gondola that you don't have to take your skis off, a heated pool, and a ice skating rink. The last time I was there all was gone but the gondola. The area has mostly easy to more difficult trails. |

| Doe Mountain |
Great Place to Learn. I did ! |
|
| Sugarbush Valley |
Sugarbush has taken over Glen Elen so Sugarbush is quite big now, but you have to drive between them. Both are worth visiting. |
